With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Marketing Operations Project Lead at our corporate office in Norfolk County. The focus of this role is to coordinate and support the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Operations Project Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational objectives through structured planning, cross functional collaboration, and process optimization. The Marketing Operations Project Lead will represent and promote Scotlynn and will work within the policies and procedures established by Scotlynn.

This role could also be known as Marketing Strategy Specialist, Campaign Operations Lead, Media and Digital Content Manager.

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Are:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field with 3-5 years' experience
  • Experience working on or supporting marketing campaigns including social media, digital ads, and website/SEO projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator who can navigate between technical/creative teams and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Work experience in marketing-based roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, and Media Optimization.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

  • Coordinate social media, digital ad campaigns, SEO, website improvements, and other efforts aligned with marketing goals.
  • Gather input from internal teams, work with stakeholders, and foster workflows that support efficient collaboration.
  • Track timelines, manage deliverables, write briefs, review content, and publish posts or blog copy, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align needs with marketing objectives, organize budgets, and track project costs.
  • Explore process enhancements, maintain professionalism in communication, and support additional tasks as directed.

YOUR COMMITMENT

  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
  • Occasional travel as needed
