Are you passionate about building standout social strategies that actually move the needle? THEUN KNOWN is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who blends creative intuition with data driven insights, and knows how to make content work.
You're a fearless, autonomous operator who builds killer organic social strategies and high-ROI paid campaigns and then supercharges them with AI. You'll own strategy, execution and optimization for client portfolios and own brands channels, spotting trends before they're trends.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) tailored to each client's audience and KPIs.
- Develop compelling, culturally-relevant content that grabs attention, drives engagement, and fuels brand love.
- Build end-to-end paid social campaigns: audience research, budget planning, creative briefs, launch, bid management, A/B tests, scaling.
- Optimize to lower CPA and maximize ROAS across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok For Business, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance content ideation and production.
- Own analytics: Track performance, identify trends, and adapt strategies to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to turn insights into impact.
- Engage and grow communities, driving real connections, not vanity metrics.
- Stay on top of trends in digital culture, platforms, and algorithm shifts.
Must-Haves
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing both organic social programs and paid social campaigns for agencies or brands.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in French and English.
- Hands-on experience with performance analysis and using insights to guide content evolution.
- Solid knowledge of AI tools to support ideation, design, and copy.
- A strong understanding of what works on each platform-and why.
- Based in Montreal and eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site.
Nice-to-Haves
- Video editing skills ( via social media apps or Premiere Pro,) or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with social listening/community platforms (Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
- Knowledge of influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns.
- Prior agency or consultancy background.
