In this role, you'll play a key part in both leasing new units and retaining existing tenants, while fostering a sense of community and supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional tenant experience from initial contact through to move-out, while achieving financial targets.
• Foster a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere among tenants.
• Actively drive the ongoing leasing process to fill available units.
• Assist with managing overall tenant relations within the building.
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on any outstanding payments.
• Support the promotion of vacant suites through online and electronic advertising.
• Show, screen, and qualify potential tenants to ensure strong occupancy rates.
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and other related tenant transitions.
• Ensure all lease documentation and tenant management software are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and the Residential Tenancy Act.
• Address tenant concerns as they arise, including matters related to disputes, evictions, or arbitration.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Building stack experience is an asset.
• Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
