About Us: We are an established, innovative fiberglass window and door manufacturer based in Concord, Ontario. For over 30 years, we have led the industry with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced Energy Star products.

Due to growing demand, we're seeking a skilled Office Manager who excels in office administration, digital marketing, basic bookkeeping .

Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in managing our office operations, driving digital marketing initiatives, supporting sales through effective lead management, handling basic bookkeeping tasks, supporting senior management .

Compensation:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Extended health and dental benefits

Responsibilities:

  • General Office Administration: Minor telephone support, managing mail and data entry.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Management: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, including website updates, SEO optimization, social media engagement, and content.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to track, manage, and analyze leads using CRM.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and maintaining organized financial records.
  • Executive Assistance: Direct support to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in Office Administration in a who is extremely organized in performing their office duties.
  • Business minded individual with entrepreneur spirit
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, website CMS).
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills (accounts payable, bank reconciliation).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction materials or window industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
