Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing and demand generation campaigns aligned with strategies developed by Demand Gen and Product Marketing teams.
  • Content and Social Media Support: Draft compelling social copy aligned with campaign messaging and product marketing initiatives. Manage the social media content calendar and publish posts via LinkedIn and Twitter; collaborate with HR for Instagram/Facebook when needed.
  • Webinar Support and Execution: Own webinar logistics using Volante's dedicated platform. Coordinate execution and delivery of recordings to Marketing Ops for website promotion.
  • Podcast Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of podcast strategies- assist with planning, promotion, guest coordination, episode scheduling, and repurposing content across channels.
  • Content & Asset Management: Maintain and update marketing content and assets in SharePoint. Ensure all materials are current, relevant, and aligned with campaign needs.
  • PR Campaign Execution: Support public relations campaigns from planning through to execution, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Run campaigns and tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and dependencies are managed.
  • HubSpot Support: Build and maintain workflows and lists, support buyer persona segmentation, and assist with campaign setup in HubSpot on as needed basis

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing execution preferably in B2B tech or fintech.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot is a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Experience supporting webinars and/or podcasts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Digital Marketing: Work with the digital team to align on media strategy (paid/organic), video, SEO, and social/email flows.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate to tailor and optimize campaign assets, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, and promotional content.
  • Sales Operations: Partner closely to support lead tracking, improve follow-up workflows, and ensure clear communication between teams.
