The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's equal parts tactician and creative-someone who can architect acquisition funnels, run high-ROI campaigns, scale paid channels, and bring our social vision to life. You'll be the engine behind our user growth, working closely with the founders to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience in startups, loves moving fast, and knows how to turn budget into growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with a performance-first mindset
  • Design and iterate on referral loops, ambassador programs, and growth hacks that drive viral adoption
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROI across all initiatives
  • Translate SharpStakes' social vision into engaging, shareable content across TikTok, Instagram, and more
  • Collaborate with the product and data teams to build growth experiments and improve conversion flows
  • Launch and scale influencer and creator partnerships that drive meaningful signups
  • Stay compliant while navigating the complex world of betting marketing regulations
  • Monitor key metrics, report on performance, and continuously test to unlock growth

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in growth marketing, ideally at a consumer startup or mobile app
  • Proven success scaling user acquisition through paid ads, social, and viral loops
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Comfortable building and optimizing funnels (especially in regulated industries)
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, trends, and digital platforms
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven execution
  • Experience running scrappy experiments to find fast, sustainable growth
  • Bonus: experience in betting, gaming, sports media, or fintech
