Now Hiring: HubSpot CRM Coordinator & Lead Manager

Remote (Occasional On-Site) CRM + Lead Handling Full-Time HubSpot Expert

Seatarra Ingredient Alliance is seeking a HubSpot CRM Coordinator who thrives in structured systems, fast follow-ups, and lead management precision.

This isn't a sales closer role.

This isn't campaign strategy.

This is operational execution at its cleanest and most critical point.

You'll own our CRM, respond to every lead, answer calls, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

About the Role

You'll be the central operator behind our B2B sales engine-keeping our HubSpot CRM organized, responding to all inbound and outbound replies, and managing follow-ups across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

You don't need to build outreach campaigns. But when a lead replies?

You take over and move it forward.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Management

  • Manage all contacts, deals, tasks, and stages in HubSpot
  • Keep pipelines clean, updated, and properly segmented
  • Assign and follow up on tasks across the team (meeting reminders, updates, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM integrations (email, calendar, Zoom, LinkedIn, forms, call tracking)

Inbound Lead Handling

  • Answer incoming calls from prospects and route or respond accordingly
  • Respond to inbound form fills, emails, and LinkedIn messages within 1 business day
  • Log communications, update contact records, and schedule intro meetings

Outbound Response Management

  • Monitor and respond to replies from existing outbound LinkedIn/email campaigns
  • Qualify interest, answer questions, and coordinate next steps
  • Ensure timely follow-up for every response across all active sequences

Follow-Up Coordination

  • Follow up on unresponsive leads with polite check-ins and reminders
  • Confirm meetings, send materials, and handle scheduling logistics
  • Notify the team of priority leads or bottlenecks in the funnel

Light Reporting & Optimization

  • Track response rates, lead status, and task completion
  • Maintain visibility on active opportunities and follow-up timelines
  • Suggest improvements to reduce lead drop-off or missed follow-ups

You have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing pipelines, workflows, lead records, and keeping everything in HubSpot running smoothly.
