We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social and Community Event Manager to oversee our social media, digital and event initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for crafting and executing strategies that amplify our brand, engage our audience, and drive measurable results across digital channels and in-person/virtual events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Heaps Estrin Support

  • Social Media Strategy: Lead the strategy, implementation and management of our social media channels and own calendars to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube and emerging channels).
  • Digital Marketing: Work with Marketing team on implementing digital marketing campaigns and tracking metrics to measure successes and learnings.
  • Content Creation: Develop and own content concepts and organic material. Ideate on storytelling opportunities to support social strategy. Oversee and own the content creation, timing and partner dependencies inclusive of video and graphic assets. Ensure cohesive messaging, visuals, and branding across all digital platforms. Capture organic content at Events and design UGC opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set KPIs for channels and campaigns. Track, analyze, and report performance on a frequent basis. Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize engagement and return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Own and lead the partnership with agents in respect to social media opportunities. Work to develop property strategies to increase visibility and conversion. Develop playbooks and social guidelines to optimize personal channels reflective of the HET brand. Report to agents on specific property performances and learnings as well as personal best practices.
  • Digital Community: Develop digital community strategy, respond to posts and inquiries, maintain partner and friend of the brand databases.
  • Commitment to Innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
  • Events Management: Lead Events - encompassing, planning, coordinating, and executing company events, such as agent open houses, client appreciation events, and influencer gatherings. Ensure each event aligns with brand values, enhances client relationships, and generates social media content. Responsible for assets on premise and set up and tear down.
  • Event Communication: Owner and contact for events, managing vendor partners, responsible for attendance, timing, and internal and external communication.
  • Event Content: Responsible for content captured on site to build brand channel and UGC opportunities.
  • Event Budget & Reporting: Set event KPIs and track. Develop wrap up reports and lessons learned. Manage budget, tracking and invoices.
  • Team Admin: Learn and develop ways of working in our SISU database to enhance property support. Contribute to process optimizations within departments enabling efficiencies.

The Lobby Support

  • Events Partnership: Assist in the planning and execution of HETxTheLobby events hosted at The Lobby. Timing, execution, wrap up reports and vendor management. Ensure The Lobby team has visibility into run of show, partners, KPIs and execution.
  • Social Partnership: Manage sharing of social calendars and communicate HET campaigns, messaging and priorities. Find synergies and manage content UGC opportunities. Develop creative templates and co-branded artwork. Share social learnings and brand best in class metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or event planning.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Creativity and devotion to great storytelling. Creative execution experience be it in Canva, Photoshop or various creative tools and applications
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling platforms, such as Hootsuite, and familiarity with Google Analytics and paid ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently across teams and external partners.
  • Experience in budget planning and tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects at once.
