They're seeking a bright and enthusiastic Junior Content Strategist to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the execution of our web content strategy by publishing and maintaining web content, managing digital assets, and optimizing site search functionalities. You'll be a key player in ensuring our online presence is effective and engaging.

- Bringing content to life strategically: You'll support the implementation of content plans and strategies by publishing and managing engaging web content using Contentful, a leading content management system.
- Mastering digital assets with purpose: You'll expertly organize and maintain digital assets within Bynder, ensuring they are readily available and aligned with content initiatives.
- Boosting discoverability through strategy: You'll have the exciting task of fine-tuning our website search using Algolia, ensuring users can easily find relevant information and contributing to a positive user experience.
- Collaborating on content vision: You'll work closely with our talented design, marketing, product, and development teams to understand content needs and contribute to content ideas that support strategic goals.
- Ensuring brand alignment and quality: Your keen eye for detail will ensure all content meets our high standards for quality, accessibility (e.g., WCAG guidelines), and brand consistency.
- Becoming a web analyst in action: You'll conduct site audits to identify and resolve content-related issues, contributing to a seamless online experience.
- Contributing insights for future content: By monitoring content performance (e.g., page views, engagement metrics), you'll provide insights to inform future content decisions and strategies.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Information Technology) with an understanding of content marketing principles.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing web content, ideally within Contentful or another modern CMS.
- Proven proficiency in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia - you're comfortable navigating and utilizing these platforms.
- A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS - enough to effectively format and manage content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills - you can clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A basic understanding of user experience (UX) and how content contributes to it.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with additional CMS platforms like Adobe AEM or Opentext WEM.
- Basic graphic design skills and an understanding of SEO principles.
