We're working with a consulting firm delivering data-driven solutions to enterprise clients. They're seeking a contract MLOps Engineer to support the development, deployment and scaling of a machine learning architecture, with a focus on MLflow and Databricks tooling. Note, this is a contract engagement.

Key Responsibilitie

• Design and implement data environments that can support ML pipelines using MLflow and Databrick
• Register, version, and promote models through the ML lifecycle
• Package model code for CI/CD deployment into client environment
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize notebooks and workflow
• Build reusable components for model testing, validation, and monitoring
• Support clients with scalable ML infrastructure best practices
• Define the structure and tooling required to log and analyze model behavior post-deployment

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Data Architecting role
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, MLflow, and model registry workflow
• Solid Python programming and experience with common ML libraries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps concepts
• Prior experience in consulting or working across multiple client environments is a plus
