Akkodis is parntered with one of the leading Canadian Banks to recruit a Full Stack Software Engineer here in Toronto - to help design and build a cutting-edge self-service data platform that simplifies onboarding, standardization, and real-time analytic across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

• Build scalable full stack applications that enable seamless data flow across teams.
• Design and implement APIs (REST & GraphQL) and integrate with enterprise streaming platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to prototype and deliver new platform capabilities.
• Drive quality with unit/integration testing, peer reviews, and performance tuning.
• Maintain and enhance platform features based on business feedback.

What You Bring:

• 7-10 years of hands-on software development experience, with recent Full Stack Development expertise.
• Strong Java (11+) and Spring Boot backend expertise.
• Recent experience building UI with Angular (v10+ ideally).
• Real-time/streaming experience with Kafka and Apache Flink or Apache Spark.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, design principles, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, etc.) is a huge plus.
• Bonus: You've wrangled large datasets (500K+ records) and optimized performance using RxJS, redux-observable, or similar.
