A leading financial services organization is seeking a Director, B2E Technology to lead the transformation and management of its enterprise technology portfolio. This pivotal leadership role oversees systems and strategy across HR, Finance, Data Services, CRM, ERP, Business Analysis, and Systems Integration-driving operational excellence and digital innovation.
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with deep enterprise systems expertise (specifically Workday & D365) who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business leaders across the organization
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of architects, developers, analysts, and support staff
- Oversee enterprise systems, with a focus on CRM and ERP architecture, integration, and customization
- Manage systems integration and data services using modern platforms
- Drive the execution of IT strategy, aligning enterprise solutions with business objectives
- Implement best practices in IT governance, compliance, data security, and service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements
- Foster a culture of agile delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise technology portfolios
- Expertise in Workday, Microsoft D365 and related platforms
- Deep understanding of CRM and ERP systems architecture, including integration and customization
- Familiarity with API integrations, data analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools
- Experience managing IT budgets, large-scale transformation initiatives, and vendor ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
