- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior QA Analyst to join our team and work closely with our esteemed banking client within the Payments domain.
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into functional specifications for development teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a QA Analyst, with at least 6 years spent working specifically in the Payments domain(SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022) for banking or financial services clients.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions, from requirement gathering through to successful deployment. Experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and working with development & QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of Payments systems, including Payment Gateways SWIFT, and emerging technologies like Open Banking, and Digital Payments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
UAT testing experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory
