Title: Architecture Roles & Responsibilities Project Manager
The Architecture Roles & Responsibilities Project Manager role resides within the Enterprise Architecture team of the Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) Division at . The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead and oversee the creation, execution, and enterprise-wide deployment of roles and responsibilities across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and effective communication strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience within the Financial Services sector and supporting project delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex processes, combined with a desire to initiate, and effect continual improvement.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and department heads to gain support and alignment on project initiatives.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services, and a detailed understanding of tools, trends, and patterns within the software architecture community.
- A passion for and proven track record of working across organizations to build consensus and drive progress.
- Clear and concise communication across all levels and technical depths to manage senior stakeholders across divisions.
- Proficiency in change and impact assessment, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Business Process Improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
