Our client is seeking an Adaptive Planning Analyst to join their finance systems team, to support an Adaptive Planning implementation.

Location: North York - 2 days a week

Salary: $120-130k CAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-implementation support for the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Drive enhancements and configuration changes to support long-term system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment between Adaptive Planning and other financial systems.
• Partner with end-users to support training, issue resolution, and optimization of system functionality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 full-cycle FP&A System implementation experience. (Adaptive Planning is ideal but open to others - such as Anaplan or Hyperion)
• Strong hands-on skills in system configuration and administration.
• Functional expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with FDM (Financial Data Modeling) is a nice-to-have.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and finance teams.
