Sr. Business System Analyst, wealth management, contract position

Hybrid position, 2-3d/w onsite in Toronto, non-negotiable
Roles and responsibilities:
To lead and own product's requirements, liaison with business and technology stakeholders to crystallize/document the functional and nonfunctional requirements of business-critical IT systems.
Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders to crystalize nonfunctional requirements & key functional tenets
Understand BRD and translate into technologically implementable SRS
Participate in agile scrums/sprints
Collaborate within team to ensure accurate dissemination of requirements and aid accuracy of technology delivery
Must have skills/experience/qualifications:
- 12-15 Years of IT experience at least 5 years in BSA role
- Well versed with advised wealth management business domain
- Expertise in various system visualization techniques like Use Case, System Context, Process Maps, Data Flow
- Hands on with documentation of IT system requirements documentation
- Very good understanding of non-functional requirements
- Experienced in agile way of working Sprint/Scrum
- Adept with office tools like MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and exposure to RDMBS queries
Exposure to MFDA/IIROC(CIRO) standards is added advantage
