We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator / Power platform specialist with knowledge of Azure services to join our team. As a Support specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Dynamics 365 environments. You will be in a user facing role and will be required to collaborate often with internal development teams & Microsoft support to ensure a smooth user experience on the Sales & Marketing D365 products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft power platform administrator or a similar role.
- Proven work experience on Sales & Marketing products of Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and security management.
- Experienced on system integration and data migration within Dynamics 365.
- Competent in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics for big data and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation and deployment.
- Understanding of Azure security and compliance best practices.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD B2C for identity and access management.
- Experience with Azure monitoring and diagnostics tools, such as Azure Monitor and Azure Application Insights.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable. Especially Sales, Marketing & Power platform related certifications or Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate.
