We're looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in change management and payments to drive meaningful process enhancements aligned with a high-profile Visa Debit Modernization Project. In this role, you'll work across multiple teams within a major financial institution to assess and improve existing processes, coordinate change management initiatives, and help execute a communication strategy that supports a seamless rollout.
What You'll Be Doing:
Process Evaluation & Optimization
- Assess and map out current operational processes impacted by the Visa Debit Modernization
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements
- Ensure solutions meet compliance standards and internal policies
Change Management Leadership
- Lead cross-functional change management activities to support smooth transitions
- Develop and deliver training, support materials, and change strategies
- Track the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed
Operational Journey Design
- Build out detailed end-to-end operational journeys across business functions
- Anticipate and resolve operational roadblocks
- Align operational flows with broader project goals
Communication Planning
- Support the creation and rollout of the Visa Modernization communication plan
- Draft and distribute clear, concise, and targeted communications to stakeholders
- Gather feedback and fine-tune messaging to ensure clarity and engagement
What You Bring:
Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, process improvement, and change management
- 3+ years of experience working in the payments space
Nice-to-Have
- Background in financial services, especially related to Visa debit products

Education
