About the Role

We're hiring a functional CRM leader to drive delivery and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will oversee system enhancements across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, aligning CRM capabilities with business goals. You'll lead a small team and act as the go-to partner for cross-functional stakeholders, translating needs into CRM solutions that drive engagement, efficiency, and results.

Key Responsibilitie

  • sOwn the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 across business units
  • .Translate business requirements into platform configurations and process improvements
  • .Collaborate with IT and vendors on CRM integrations and system enhancements
  • .Lead adoption, training, and user engagement efforts to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs
  • .Manage the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility
  • .Monitor platform usage, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • .Establish CRM best practices and serve as the functional point of contact for system-related questions
