Summary
As a key member of the CI Marketing Support team, the Senior RFP Specialist will serve a critical role in support of CI Wealth growth and relationship management priorities. This individual will partner closely with Sales and Compliance partners and various other SMEs to complete RFPs, RFIs, Due-Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and related requests for information, ensuring consistency in messaging, accuracy in information, and legal and regulatory compliance. In maintaining the data base of categorized Firm and Mandate answers you will work closely, proactively and reactively, with internal partners on the Operations and Investment side.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for handling RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other adhoc requests from clients, consultants and prospects. This entails detailed descriptions with accurate and compelling content in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ensure consistency in the firm's brand and positioning in the marketplace through development and maintenance of RFP responses and relevant data in internal and external databases
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support proposal content and recommendations.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including timelines, deadlines, and delivery.
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies to win new business and retain existing clients.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts including Sales, Investments, Product, Operations and Compliance to obtain specialized content and data
- Maintain and conduct periodic audits to the firm's RFP database (Loopio).
- Familiarity with consultant databases and content within (eVestment Alliance, Factset, Powerpoint, Excel, MSOffice applications)
- Ability to edit content with quality investment writing skills
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the asset management industry

- Ability to manage projects consistently with prompt follow-through in a deadline-driven environment
