New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to evaluate and enhance software quality assurance standards, implement SQA toolkits, and drive best practices across projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current SQA standards, technologies, and approaches.
• Implement an SQA project toolkit and train project members on toolkit practices and deliverables.
• Provide SME knowledge on QA software, tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate test environment and test data needs and facilitate implementation.
• Create test strategies and test plans; coordinate and execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT tests in agile and waterfall projects.
• Ensure testing covers business processes, data migration, and system integration.
• Advocate for quality throughout the system implementation process.
• Introduce and execute test automation strategies, including tool evaluation and implementation.

Requirements

• Expertise in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience creating and implementing SQA project toolkits and training team members.
• Ability to develop test strategies and test plans for functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Proficient in testing business processes, data migration, and system integration.
• Experience with test automation toolsets and frameworks.
• Experience testing cloud and mobile applications.
• Experience with load and performance testing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
