One of our clients in the wealth management space is looking for a talented Enterprise Systems Manager to join their growing team! You will be a major part of their Salesforce implementation as they venture into the final stages of both their FSC and CRM systems!

Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce FSC implementation and customization, aligning system features (fields, workflows, reports) with the company's processes and ensuring data integrity with legacy systems.

• Manage the implementation of a new Salesforce FSC client and advisor portal, ensuring seamless integration with Harmony, full system functionality, and ongoing access management (setup, permissions, and support).

• Design and maintain seamless, bidirectional data integration between Salesforce FSC and Harmony, including daily reconciliation processes to ensure real-time accuracy and swift resolution of sync issues.

• Monitor Salesforce and Harmony updates, assess impact on workflows, coordinate testing in staging environments, and lead smooth production rollouts with updated documentation and training support.

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions across Salesforce and Harmony, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with the company's security policies and standards.

• Provide user support and training across Salesforce and Harmony, resolving technical issues promptly and delivering onboarding and refresher sessions to ensure effective system use.

• Serve as the primary liaison with Salesforce, Harmony, and SideDrawer vendors, overseeing communication, license usage, and renewal timelines.
