About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Leader with a passion for turning market insight into innovative, customer-centric solutions. You'll play a critical role in identifying unmet market needs, validating product-market fit, and driving productization. What You'll Do

Product-Market Fit Discovery & Validation

• Lead market research, customer interviews, and validation to uncover high-potential opportunities.
• Identify trends, competitors, and whitespace opportunities through deep market analysis.
• Design MVPs and run lean experiments to test hypotheses and gather actionable user feedback.
• Define and monitor metrics to track progress toward product-market fit.
• Translate validated market needs into actionable product concepts and prototypes.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Shape and refine the long-term product vision and roadmap based on validated insights.
• Ensure strategic alignment between product goals, company objectives, and customer value.
• Communicate the "why" behind the product direction to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (and related roles), promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation, and empathy.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and product delivery.
• Champion customer feedback loops and data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle.

Market & User Advocacy

• Stay deeply connected to user needs, industry shifts, and the competitive landscape.
• Ensure that every product decision is anchored in solving real customer problems.
• Iterate continuously to enhance user adoption, retention, and overall product-market fit.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, with a strong focus on early-stage discovery and go-to-market execution.
• Proven experience validating product-market fit through market research, MVPs, and customer feedback.
• Deep understanding of lean startup principles and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading and scaling product teams.
