Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Consultant - Records and Operational Risk Management to support enterprise-wide initiatives related to records management and operational risk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on regulatory and governance frameworks that influence how data and records are retained and managed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine Operational Risk Management Frameworks and Taxonomies to guide the identification and management of data- and records-related risks
• Apply knowledge of the Three Lines of Defense model and its relevance to enterprise records management
• Understand and support compliance with regulations governing data and records retention
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Records Retention Schedules aligned with both regulatory requirements and organizational needs

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in records management
• 1+ years of experience in the regulatory and risk space

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large financial institution
