Overview of Job:
As a Sales Associate at the Tudor Boutique at Raffi Jewellers, you are key in guiding clients through all steps of the Tudor experience of excellence. You will guide them in selecting the right products by offering detailed information and personalized recommendations, ensuring they feel confident and valued in their decisions.
As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:
• Meet and exceed client expectations by guiding clients through the process of selection, decision making and client aftercare, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.
• Maintain and transfer knowledge to clients of the brand's heritage, collection, features and key attributes and availability of products in adherence to Tudor and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients in making the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet boutique goals.
• Develop and foster long term relationships with clients to maintain a client portfolio for follow up and to address any post-purchase needs.
• Assist management with maintaining cleanliness, security and meeting brand expectations to promote a top-notch service experience.
• Ensure that all clients are met with exceptional standards of client care, keeping in mind the Raffi Jewellers philosophy of excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
We'd love to hear from individuals who:
• Have 2-5 or more years of experience in luxury retail sales and/or hospitality.
• Can communicate effectively with a diverse client base and proven ability to make good judgements and decision making.
• Have a desire to work collaboratively within a team and committed to treating team members with respect and empathy, contributing to a positive working environment.
• Are client-forward thinkers and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.
• Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required. Bilingualism considered an asset.
• Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
