Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Markham, Ontario

Salary: $36 per hour

Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Job Type: 1-year term, with strong potential for permanent status

About the Role:

Our client, a world-renowned pharmaceutical company who takes on the toughest health challenges is adding a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to its Markham based team. This hybrid position will allow you to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely, providing flexibility while delivering exceptional customer support.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for both English and French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support to both English and French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and French (both spoken and written).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is an asset.

- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
