This new venture is set to transform the high-end sector, and they are seeking a driven Sales Lead to spearhead their growth and market presence. Our client is looking for someone that's self-motivated, confidence and relentless, and willing to put in the work for the next several years to reap the long-term rewards. This role requires a deep understanding of custom manufacturing sales, a commitment to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close deals with procurement firms, designers, and developers
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across North America through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Engage in client meetings and travel frequently; this is a hands-on role that requires being on the road and in front of clients
- Collaborate closely with the parent company's operations, logistics, and design teams to scale the new company quickly
- Take ownership of your role with the opportunity to shape the company's direction and earn a significant share of its success
Required skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the high-end custom manufacturing industry
- Passionately enjoys prospecting, traveling, closing deals, and building businesses from the ground up.
- Confidence to build trust, pitch effectively, and win deals
- Self-motivated who loves the chase and is relentless in pursuit of opportunities
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and ready to build something from the ground up
