What You'll Do:

  • Represent a trusted Canadian brand by presenting and selling products to residential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional in-home presentations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Continuously grow your skills through coaching, peer support, and training sessions.

What You Bring:

  • A hunter mentality with a passion for helping customers and closing deals.
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in-home or residential sales.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A proven ability to deliver engaging presentations that stand out from the competition.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and participation in coaching/training sessions.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
