Join a well-established industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of cutting-edge industrial vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Our client is on the hunt for a motivated and technically savvy Technical Sales Representative to take their product line to new heights in Alberta.

This is your chance to become a go-to expert in vacuum solutions while also spearheading growth in the pneumatic and hydraulic product category. What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Sales Growth - Prospect and secure new business through proactive outreach, email campaigns, internal salesforce tools, and supplier partner leads.
  • Be the Technical Solutions Expert - Support the internal sales team with technical guidance to match customers with the best solutions for their needs.
  • Make Industry Connections - Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with Key Suppliers - Work closely with manufacturers to specify and design the optimal technical solutions for client applications.
  • Build Product Mastery - Continuously develop your technical knowledge and become a recognized "product expert" in the field.
  • Close the Deal - Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and strategic pricing insights to win customer trust and drive conversions.
  • Expand Existing Accounts - Help the broader sales team grow the product footprint with current customers through parts, service, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service - Conduct customer needs assessments and ensure solutions exceed expectations from both performance and service standpoints.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in industrial and/or technical applications.
  • Education: Technical diploma or degree an asset however careful consideration will be given to relevant sales and industry experience.
  • Sales Ability: Proven consultative sales skills with a relationship-focused approach, complemented by the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical applications.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills. Skilled in building high-loyalty customer relationships that foster long-term engagement and trust.
  • Drive: Passion for customer success and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Attitude: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to be able to travel within the Alberta marketplace

  • Base Salary between $70-90 commensurate upon experience and commission program targeting total earnings of $100-120K.
