New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an NG911 GIS Analyst to ensure GIS data accuracy, compliance, and integration for Next Generation 911 systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update GIS datasets in compliance with NG911 standards (e.g., NENA).
• Perform quality assurance and quality control on GIS data for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct geospatial analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in address points and road centerlines.
• Integrate GIS datasets with NG911 systems such as CAD, PSAP, and ESInet.
• Ensure GIS data supports geospatial call routing and location validation functions.
• Document GIS workflows, processes, and standards.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, iMapEditor).
• Familiarity with NG911 data standards and systems.
• Experience in GIS QA/QC and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
