New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Functional Analyst: Payroll & HR Support: SAP Payroll, HCM, SuccessFactors to support comprehensive SAP Payroll, HCM, and SuccessFactors systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP Payroll and HCM modules including PA, OM, PD, BN, TM, PY.
• Support changes from collective agreements and perform Canadian Year-End Processing.
• Maintain SuccessFactors LMS, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management.
• Conduct detailed testing and produce extensive solution documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive SAP Payroll and HCM experience.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and other core HR modules.
• Experience with Canadian payroll and Year-End processes.
• Proven skills in HR solution configuration and troubleshooting.
