Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, LMS).
• Ensure robust integration with SAP S4 Hana for Payroll and Time management.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of solutions.
• Produce detailed documentation and facilitate stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise with SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong integration experience with SAP S4 Hana Payroll and Time modules.
• Excellent solution design, testing, and documentation skills.
• Capability to manage complex system integrations.
