Our clients based in Toronto are looking for Labour and Employment Lawyers to join their legal team. The ideal candidate has experience working on the management side.
Please note: the ideal candidate will be required to be in office 2-3 times per week.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar and in good standing.
- 1-5 years of experience practicing labour and employment law, with a strong understanding of relevant statutes, case law, and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and negotiate settlements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
