We are searching for a hands-on Operations Manager for this rapidly growing Drayage company.

We need someone who can plan and manage an accelerated growth plan over the next few years. The current fleet is just under 20 trucks moving around 60 containers per day. They recently started a NY City Lane as well, with more to come. Experience hiring drivers will be very helpful.

The current support team is 3 dispatchers, 3 CSRs, and a driver payroll clerk, who are all located back in India.
