The Specialist, Master Data is responsible for responding to requests and keeping all master data up to date in the SAP systems, as well as ensuring the updating of various data/extractions to produce Supply Chain department reports.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create, manage, validate and track Master Data changes;
- Act as expert and resource person in relation to Master Data and SAP, simplifying and harmonizing data for product launches and leading continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence;
- Coordinate data changes with internal and external stakeholders as required;
- Create and update various dashboards for supply chain groups according to master data cycle;
- Maintain and document all changes;
- Update compliance documents on a monthly basis.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Completed bachelor's degree or DEC with 5 to 8 years' relevant experience in a similar position;
- Minimum 5 years' practical experience in various SAP transactions and ability to read and interpret MM, PIR, SL, BOM, Receipt, Production Version, MRP, PO, MDG, etc;
- Ability to work with multiple software packages (SAP, Excel, Word, Team);
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and speed of execution;
- Priority management and multitasking;
- Organizational skills and autonomy.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of Alteryx
- Project management skills
- Experience with SAP-HANA
