The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project financials and deliverables including but not limited to: planning, coordinating, and delivery of site development projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. In addition to managing project execution by providing direction to the design team and external teams.

Qualifications

• Professional License with either the PEO or C.E.T or in progress
• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• Technically strong with legislative regulations, general engineering practices and applicable government technical standards
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Excellent time management
