Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a French Editorial Specialist to support digital content quality across their platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure accurate, accessible, and consistent French-language content through translation, proofreading, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, edit, proofread, and translate content for digital platforms, maintaining consistent tone and editorial standards
• Ensure compliance with Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF) standards and internal style guidelines
• Collaborate with English editors, developers, intake analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality French content
• Support translation coordination, Québec Marketing and Legal review processes, and internal French editorial checks
• Work effectively in a hybrid working model, meeting timelines and quality expectations

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English and native-level French
• 3+ years of editorial and translation experience
• 2+ years of experience with digital accessibility standards
• 2+ years of experience with content publishing and defect management tools
• Strong terminological research skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Degree in Translation
• Familiarity with French Canadian linguistic specificities
• Knowledge of OQLF standards
• Experience using Termium, Le GDT, Antidote, and other terminology databases
