Account Executive - $250k to $350k+ OTE with a Summit Level Salesforce Partner

I am currently recruiting an Account Executive with one of the worlds leading Salesforce implementation partners, dedicated to not just deploying technology, but transforming how organizations work.
We are looking for an exceptional Sales person with a successful track record selling complex digital Salesforce transformation solutions. You must be able to build relationships at the highest levels of organizations with a focus on growing the companies Salesforce business.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with key counterparts within the Salesforce ecosystem to build pipeline
- Work with the companies Alliances team and the Salesforce channel to build exciting networking and client events
- "Cold" lead development - Working to identify 'suspect' accounts and working with Inside sales and marketing
- "Warm" lead development - existing account expansion (cross-sell and upsell)
- Utilize as basis for: contact management database, sales opportunity tracking, account planning, sales forecast and report generation
- Meet/exceed sales quotas and display a strong understanding of sales methodology and best practice to achieve quotas
What skills do you need?
- 5+ years experience successfully selling Salesforce solutions/products
- Strong network of Salesforce Core AE's and SE's
- Strong Executive presence and customer facing communication skills
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota over the last five years
- Success translating customer goals into a sales strategy to support revenue achievement
The role is paying from $250k to $350k OTE (uncapped) plus package
