Lead the architecture of next-generation ultra-wideband (UWB) SoCs for cutting-edge wireless products. You'll define system-level design-spanning RF transceivers, digital baseband, and embedded MCUs-while optimizing performance, power, and area for mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect UWB SoCs, including RF PHY (LNA, PAs, mixers, ADCs/DACs), DSP blocks, and radio stack firmware.
- Translate product specs into system requirements (latency, sensitivity, bandwidth, power).
- Develop algorithms for coherent/non-coherent radios and PHY-layer control.
- Model and analyze RF link budgets, SNR, PER, spectral efficiency, and distortion.
- Collaborate with analog/digital design, validation, and manufacturing teams.
- Lead design reviews, validation, and mentorship.
You Bring:
- 10+ years in RF IC design (5+ in system architecture).
- Deep expertise in RF transceivers, DSP, and mixed-signal design (amplifiers, ADCs, impedance matching).
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for modeling and Cadence/Synopsys tools.
- Hands-on lab skills (spectrum analyzers, protocol debug).
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
