Senior Scrum Masters - Hybrid in Montreal (1x/week onsite)

We are seeking two seasoned Scrum Masters to join a high-performing Agile environment. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with multiple teams and Product Owners to optimize delivery practices, eliminate blockers, and drive forward strategic initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master guiding multiple Agile teams
• Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and project planning
• Experience managing simultaneous projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
• Knowledge of MS Project, EPM
• Experience creating/delivering training content
