The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who's passionate about connecting top engineering talent with the right opportunities. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex technical searches, partner directly with clients, and help shape the future of our delivery team.
What You'll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data, Product, etc.)
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and clients, advising on market trends and hiring strategies
• Write compelling job descriptions and personalized outreach to attract top-tier candidates
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced search techniques
• Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess technical fit and team alignment
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and feedback with a high degree of organization and speed
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS and recruitment systems
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and delivery processes
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house), with a track record of successful placements
• Deep understanding of tech roles, stacks, and industry hiring challenges
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates across multiple channels
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
• Comfortable working with data, recruitment metrics, and ATS tools
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
