Woodward Meat Purveyors is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team!

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for working at our retail counter, serving customers and answering phones.

This position will be Thursday, Friday from 9-5 and Saturdays from 6:30am -1:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling customer calls and fielding questions.
• Greeting customers in our retail area and assisting them with purchases.
• Processing payments (EFT, credit, cheque, online and cash).
• Working directly with other employees to ensure customers orders are being distributed in a timely manner.
• Responding to emails related to orders or product questions.
• Resolution of customer issues, or escalating as appropriate.

SKILLS

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, strong communication with all levels.
• Ability to multitask and be resourceful in order to solve issues.
• Internal Systems knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Meat Processing facility is preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Proven Customer Service experience.
