They are expanding their sales force and looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Representative - Full Sales Cycle to spearhead growth in key markets.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Technical Sales Representative with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and CNC machining sales to develop new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a minimum of five client visits per week to introduce the company's services and capabilities.
  • Establish new client relationships and act as the first point of contact.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations (basic technical knowledge required; training provided).
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Transition qualified leads to the internal team for further development and sales closure.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
  • Maintain activity records and client data using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Thomasnet, ZoomInfo).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Effectively communicate technical product information to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (travel required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate contact and build rapport from cold introductions.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and persistent-able to succeed with minimal supervision.
  • New graduates or individuals new to the industry are welcome; comprehensive training provided.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn technical aspects of CNC machining and contract manufacturing.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Experience or education in Sales, Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Prior exposure to CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
