Business Development Manager

Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary: Open to negotiate + Commission

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-oriented individual to be part of our Sales Team.

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be creating business leads and working with the Sales Directors to book meetings with prospective clients. By utilizing creative sales strategies, this individual will mine leads as well as RFPs for the sales team to pursue.

Expectations/Duties:

  • Generate sales leads for our sales team.
  • Contact and book meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build professional network with the business community.
  • Should have excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Should be able to travel anywhere in Canada and/or us.
  • Generate and maintain full sales pipeline monthly/quarterly/ year sales target.
  • Research, analyze and report market trends in the industry.
  • Work well in a team environment but can also work independently.
  • Comfortable working with metrics

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in the staffing or related industry
  • 1+ year in a sales related role
  • Prior experience in sales or business development in staffing is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and passport.
  • Strong organizational planning and time management skills
