We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Sales Executive in Regina, SK.

This position is responsible for the growth in profitability of an assigned group of accounts, conducting effective sales presentations, closing and providing service for customer needs in order to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.

Main Duties include:

  • Grow commercial account sales by building personalized working relationships at multiple levels within our customers organizations.
  • Maintain an exceptional brand identity and strive to increase revenues from commercial sales and continuously identify new sales opportunities within account base.
  • Establish a positive rapport to ensure customer loyalty when welcoming new customers into the managed accounts program. Ensures all required client paperwork is complete, accurate and submitted on time, providing timely and accurate reports on results as required by management.
  • Co-ordinate and manage day-to-day operations with new and existing customers and ensure customers have appropriate comfort and training to effectively leverage Access Communications products.
  • Provide bids, quotes, and follow up to customers as needed. Follow defined procedures and processes, and complete all required documentation for customers, as well as entries to support system(s).
  • Collaborates with Management to recommend improvements and changes, including suggestions for new commercial sales revenue stream opportunities.
  • Gather information on competitors for the purpose of assisting management with the development and implementation of competitive strategies

Competencies for Success:

  • Telecommunications sales experience at the commercial level and the ability to develop solid business client relationships is required.
  • A minimum two of years' experience in a sales role.
  • A solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP IP as related to business and client applications are preferred.
  • A strong understanding of company products and services would be an asset.
  • Advanced sales skills and experience are necessary.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check.
