Our client, a highly respected and long-standing law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management and corporate teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and format business documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with internal communications and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and other functions
- Support special projects and perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an executive or corporate assistant role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
- Law Clerk diploma or Paralegal diploma
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills
