We're expanding our family law practice and opening a new office in Richmond Hill to better serve clients across the GTA, including Toronto and Newmarket. To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced, driven Family Law Lawyer with a strong litigation background who can confidently take on an active caseload right away.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage a full caseload of family law matters, from intake through to trial
• Appear in Ontario courts on motions, conferences, and trials
• Lead negotiations, mediations, and case strategy meetings
• Draft, review, and finalize all required legal documentation including pleadings, separation agreements, and cohabitation agreements
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients in high-conflict or complex matters
• Collaborate with our team of dedicated legal professionals for case support and cross-coverage

Who You Are

• A lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of post-call experience in family law litigation, including trial work and contested hearings
• Confident managing files with limited supervision while maintaining exceptional client service
• Strong command of the Family Law Rules, court procedures, and local practices in Central East and Toronto regions
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Energetic, resourceful, and able to juggle competing priorities under pressure
• Eager to grow in a firm that values initiative, creativity, and performance
