The Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated proficiency in delivering data-driven insights. This role requires expertise in Excel, critical thinking, SQL knowledge, and a knack for simplifying technical concepts for senior leadership. You are passionate about turning data into actionable insights, possess a keen analytical mindset, and excel in translating technical findings for diverse audiences.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:
- Employ critical thinking to conduct in-depth data analysis and derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimizing business performance, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and comprehensible format.
- Apply basic data modelling principles to structure and organize data for analytical purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into broader business strategies and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable insights.
- Monitor data discrepancies, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain data accuracy.
- Help Bridge the gap between technical details and strategic decision-making, particularly when communicating with senior leadership and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
What You Bring:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a data analysis role or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg. Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience
- Agency background is an asset
- Experience in the Auto industry is a bonus but not a requirement
