We're Hiring: Technical Program Manager - Generative AI

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and its real-world impact on the built environment? We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help lead next-generation AI initiatives for a suite of AEC software products.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Gen AI and the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry-ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the execution of AI/ML product initiatives that integrate into large-scale industry platforms
• Manage multiple technical workstreams across teams of ML engineers, researchers, and product leaders
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders-translating between technical and business audiences
• Run special projects focused on deploying new AI-driven features and experiences
• Help create operational structure in a dynamic and rapidly scaling team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Technical Program Management (especially in AI, data, or analytics-related workstreams)
• Strong ability to lead technical programs without needing to code-you guide the process and people
• AEC knowledge (construction, engineering, planning, or architecture) is a big plus-or at least a solid understanding of how things get built
• Proven ability to communicate across tech and business, especially with senior leaders
• Someone who excels in ambiguity, loves building structure, and thrives when creating order from chaos

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with generative AI or data pipelines
• Exposure to tools like Revit or familiarity with BIM workflows
• A background in engineering, urban planning, construction tech, or similar industries
