  • Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, Indigenous communities, and stakeholders to support project approvals and build strong working relationships.
  • Lead and support multi-disciplinary project teams and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control/monitoring, billing oversight and execution.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and proposal writing.
  • Collaborate with team members across the company and externally in completing deliverables.
  • Complete required corporate operation and administrative activities as required, in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or graduate degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science or related field.

  • Adaptability to varying types and sizes of projects.
  • Experience writing successful proposals, work plans and cost estimates.
  • Experience managing project tasks, budgets, and schedules to provide deliverables to clients.
  • Ability to prepare high quality reports in compliance with provincial and federal environmental legislation.
  • Experience with study design, field assessment, statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Experience with environmental assessments, permitting and mitigation planning.
